The Brief.
The scheme entailed the refurbishment of the X-Ray room at Holywell Community Hospital. The scope of works included:
- Strip out existing ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and fittings
- Modification, extension, and installation to electrical, fire and mechanical services
- Installation of radiation protection door sets
- Installation of door sets & joinery items
- Installation of new flooring and ceiling finishes
- Redecoration and make good
