The Brief.
Procured by Denbighshire County Council as part of a phased scheme to refurbish the science labs at Ysgol Dinas Bran. As part of the second phase the scope of works included:
- Strip out
- Builders work
- Upgrade, modification, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Installation of laboratory units, doors, desks etc.
- Installation of vinyl flooring and ceilings
- Redecoration and making good
